Vaikobi Partners with the Australian team selected to compete at the ICF Ocean Racing World Championship in Portugal

Vaikobi has announced a Partnership with the 25 strong members of the Australian Team who has been selected to compete at the ICF Ocean Racing World Championship, to be held in Portugal in July.

The Team will be captained by Jim Walker and will have Vaikobi's very own Tim Jacobs heading up the squad in the open's, who will be gunning for the World title against a strong international field. Also representing Australia in the opens is Greg Tobin, Cory Hill, Sam Norton and Mark Andersen.

Strong competition is expected from the South Africans with  Sean Rice & Chalupsky brothers heading the charge.

In the womens, Australia will be represented by Hannah Minogue ( Opens), Bridgett Litte (U/23's), Jamie Brinkworth (junior) and Julie Jenkinson in the Masters.

The Australian team will be competing in Vaikobi's V Heat range in Portugal to ensure optimum performance in the conditions which are expected to be challenging  over the 3 day event.
