We are committed to creating high quality watersports gear. We want our fellow ocean addicts to be 100% happy with their purchase.
Need to start a return?
We accept returns on items purchased from www.vaikobi.co.za within 15 days of your purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether you're entitled to a refund. If approved, your purchase price will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded — sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any exceptions are at the discretion of Vaikobi South Africa management
Faulty / Defective Products
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us (041) 484 2539 with details of the product and the specific defect(s).
You can send the item you consider defective via courier to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.
