The VXP range has become one of Vaikobi's most popular PFDs for paddling - and the VXPII builds on everything that made the original a favourite with meaningful upgrades across storage, hydration, visibility and comfort.
Built for storage - now with front hydration capability
The VXPII features large front and rear pockets, with the addition of a 1L hydration bladder in the front pocket. A dedicated eyelet and hose-routing system keeps hydration accessible and secure, while rear hydration compatibility supports up to 1.5L for longer sessions and demanding conditions.
More utility, smarter details
Additional attachment tabs and utility points allow for hydration routing, accessory storage and quick-access items like nutrition gels - giving you more flexibility in how you configure your kit for training, racing or longer sessions.
Cleaner look, higher visibility
Larger black panel sections in high-wear areas help the PFD stay looking cleaner for longer in saltwater environments. Expanded high-visibility sections support low-light visibility on the water.
Secure strap management
New strap covers allow paddlers to neatly tuck away side and shoulder webbing once adjusted - reducing movement in the wind and keeping the PFD streamlined.
Form-fitting foam
Vaikobi's signature foam moulds to your body over time for a more stable, comfortable fit that reduces movement and rubbing during long sessions.
Fit and certification
The VXPII uses a side-entry system for easy on and off without pulling over the shoulders. Manufactured to ISO 12402-5 (50 Newton) - suitable for paddling, sailing and foiling where performance mobility and safety matter. Follow the size guide closely for the best fit and flotation performance.
Colour options
Available in a range of high-visibility colours. If you spend time offshore where visibility matters, high-vis options like orange and yellow are always a smart choice.
